I had to come into a nursing home a year ago. Needless to say I was very worried about my beloved dogs. My Collie/Labrador Jet and Springer Spaniel Jake. Fortunatley you were able to take them into your state of the art kennels, Pooch Palace. They have been extreamly well looked after and I get to see them three times aweek. They are obviously very happy and in good health

You and your staff have been wonderful to me and my dogs, much better than Ii could ever have dreamt, and I would have no hesitation in recomending you to anyone.

After much research, I decided to go and visit Pooch Palace to see if the Home Boarding would be suitable for my dog Mickey. I was really impressed with the friendliness and facilities on offer.

Unlike other kennels, drop off and collection is flexible, and it is never too much trouble for the family, you can telephone to check on your dog anytime to reassure flapping owners like me. I would like to extend a HUGE THANKYOU to Rachel, Bryan and in particular Charley-Ann who Mickey adored. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Pooch Palace to anyone, in particular if you are like me and have never left your beloved pet before.

Just to say a big thank you to all at Pooch Palace for the great care you take of Tod and Blue.
Tod is an old guy now and he has greater needs than a young fit dog , your  Home from Home service is perfect for him . He has a lot of medication and limited mobility , both of which you deal with in a very professional way. There is no doubt that both of our Labradors love their visits to Pooch Palace. They always come home in excellent condition. Somehow you have actually managed to get twelve year old Tod ( the most stubborn of chocolate Labradors ) to fetch a ball ......... he has spent most of his life refusing to do that point blank !

Thank you again and we can only say we would have no hesitation recommending your excellent services to anybody who truly cares how their dogs are looked after whilst they are away.

I am just writing to let you know what a fabulous service you both provide for my dog "Millie". She comes four days a week for "Doggy Day Care!!!" and absolutly loves it, surfice to say that she doesn't want to come home with me most days because she is having too much fun!! I have no hesitation in leaving her with you when I am away on holiday and the love and attention you give to her is second to none. A big thank you goes to John who spoils her rotten when I am away and even sends me texts to let me know that she is fine and happy. A first class service provided by all.
