"Rachel and Bryan! We just wanted to say a big thank-you to everyone who cared for Charlie-Brown! It was our first holiday leaving our beloved dog, and missed him like mad. However I really appreciated the regular contact via e-mail messages! it reassured me tremendously that he was being cared for! When we collected Charlie he looked quite at home with the other small dogs in your care. Before Charlie stayed with you, he was very frightened of other dogs. But now he is much better, and more confident around other dogs! Even though the journey was a long one, it was worthwhile.

"My dogs have been in kennels before but we have never used the same kennel twice as we were never completely happy on the collection of the dogs! Not good!

Until now. Pooches Palace is a super kennel with excellent facilities, large outdoor runs warm clean sleeping area  plenty of excersise which is so important when you have highly intelligent working dogs. Rachel and Bryan were more than happy to take the dogs on their natural diet and less conventional (than some) health care  routine. Our dogs were with Pooches palace for nearly three weeks and were absolutly fine. The Dogs will look forward to seeing you again soon!"

"We have owned dogs for many years and have always been in a position where we could take the dogs with us on holiday or latterly have been able to leave them with family when we are away, but this year with a new grandson and their work commitments we felt it was not practical to leave them with family so with much apprehension we did the tour of several boarding kennels in the Harrogate area, we are true dog lovers and we were not impressed with any of the kennels until we arrived at Pooch Palace one Saturday afternoon unannounced,we were made extremely welcome by Rachel & Bryan and given the full tour, the kennels and exercise areas were spotlessly clean well appointed and the dogs in the kennels at the time looked happy and contented Rachel readily agreed to keep our three dogs together during their stay and to comply with their feeding requirements,we were confident that at last we had found the right kennels for our dogs our dogs Winston,Oscar,and Snoopy were at Pooch Palace for ten days,they had a BALL with good regular exercise and what they love most swimming in the river. If you have to leave your pets the only place to leave them is Pooch Palace as you can confidently assume that Rachel & Bryan are giving them the best care and attention. Many Thanks.

Toby was not very good at socialising with other dogs but after 2 weeks with you he is a changed dog we can even let him off his lead now which is fantastic, he has also stopped snapping at other dogs so i dont know how you did it but it worked! Any one thinking about leaving your dog at Pooch Palace should do so without hesitation, the people are down to earth and polite which is hard to find these days. Thanks again and see you all soon".

We can go away in the summer now knowing that she will be looked after well and that she will get the exercise she wants and needs.

"We would like to say thankyou so much for taking such great care of chops and ellabella truffle. A previous dog of mine died through neglect whilst in kennels so I was very nervous to leave them with anyone. When I rang you I was very reasured to hear such a genuine friendly voice and was put at ease when we drove an hour and a half just to come and check it out which shows how nervous I was. The kennels are lovely and the treatment the dogs get are better than at home. It really is five star. The dogs love to come. Chops was pulling away from me whining to get to racheal when we came last time and when I get them home I'm sure they get depressed because they have much more fun running around with their friends and being spoilt rotten by you. I can go away anytime knowing that I don't have to worry as I feel like I am leaving them with very good friends".

We can now book to go away with peace of mind and that means a lot".
